Cancellation Policy

We appreciate a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. This allows us to accommodate other clients and make the best use of our resources. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or clients who do not attend scheduled appointments will be subject to a cancellation fee. A cancellation fee will apply to late cancellations and no-shows. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the reserved time and resources.
